I’ve been working exclusively as a psychotherapist and coach-mentor with individuals and couples for the last 30 years. As you will see on my professional psychotherapy page, every work related skill I use and am certified in, was an ally to my own body, mind and soul before I applied the modality to my work professionally. 

Formal Credentials: I have a master’s degree in Individual and Organizational Systems from Antioch, McGregor. I am certified in the mindfulness based body-centered work of Hakomi Therapy, Shadow Work®  Facilitation, Senior Facilitator/Trainer of Hellinger Individual, Family and Organizational Systems Work. I hold and teach as 6th Dan,  Aikido black belt. I am a 27yeard Adjunct Professor at Naropa University. I work with women’s and men’s Adult Rites of Passages as Ceremonial Leader and Consultant: Creator/Facilitator Reclaim Our Feminine Initiations; Co-Founder of Women In Power (Initiating Ourselves into the Predator/Prey Circuit Within;) Co-creator Inner Sovereign Training. I am a Registered Psychotherapist in the State of Colorado. I am a member of the Colorado Association of Psychotherapists; Hakomi Therapists’ Association; Shadow Work® Facilitators Guild; Presenter at the 2007 Systemic Constellation Conference; Presenter at the 2008 Hakomi Therapists Association;  member,  Sempai, ShihanDai, of Boulder Aikikai; life time member Aikido Schools of Ueshiba, taking rank from World Aikido Headquarters,  Hombu Dojo, Tokyo, Japan.
